Partial financial aid is available for a limited number of participants based in South or Southeast Asian or African institutions, whose abstracts have been accepted for talks or poster presentations. The bursaries will be granted as a refund of a portion of the travel expenses incurred, taking into consideration the shortest route available between the home country and Bengaluru.
PLEASE NOTE: All bursary applicants must pay the full online registration fee at the time of online registration.
To apply for a bursary, please indicate your need for financial assistance at the time of abstract submission, along with a short note (max 100 words) explaining your financial need and why you should be considered for financial support. In this note, also indicate other funds you can avail to attend SCCS-Bengaluru 2026.
The final shortlist of abstracts and the selected bursary recipients will be announced together. Reimbursement for approved bursaries will be made during the days of the conference.
If your bursary application is not successful and if you wish to cancel your registration, the cancellation rules of SCCS-Bengaluru will apply.
