Until 23:00 hrs IST on 31st August 2026, you can write to us at sccs@sccs-bng.org, and we will refund the registration fees, after deducting banking and transaction charges. This will be directly refunded to the card/account from which the payment was made.
No refund will be available after 23:00 hrs IST on 31st August 2026.
In exceptional cases, for instance, if you are unable to obtain a visa in time, please contact us at sccs@sccs-bng.org with copies of relevant documents.
On-spot registrations are not eligible for refund.
